They have a shite ton of recruiters & have committed a lot of money in large OOS undergraduate numbers.
LSU is continuing to recruit out of state students too but there's no way in hell our administration would go 50%/50%. We're more focused on increasing our graduate student (research) enrollment.

I do like the correlation of the two elite academic SEC schools having more out-of-state students than in-state.
