Don't count on it, if you dont' have a SECN carrier(a customer of) then you may be out of luck.
The emphasis and pressure from ESPN and the SEC will be for YOU to switch to a carrier that does carry the SECN and likewise put pressure on those who are holding out to carry it. Since just about anyone can switch to Dish, they are likely to take a hardline stance on this in an all out effort to force the final hold out carriers to give in.
Once they have most or all the carriers they are after I would expect them to ease up and start adding more games to the streaming service that are open to all.
