Bert's so fat.... one time this kid looked at him and said "You're fat." Bert replied... " Yes young man, my Body Mass Index is certainly not ideal. It's a byproduct of the fact that my daily calorie intake far exceeds my daily calorie burn."

He's so fat that he eats a lot because his stomach is stretched out from previously eating a lot and becoming fat. It's a vicious cycle and his family is concerned about his well-being.
