re: Pinched nerve stretch suggestions

I've suffered with this as a result of a bulging disc due to a football injury for nearly 20 years. The pain became chronic several years ago in my left upper shoulder blade. My Dr. prescribed Cymbalta to treat it like Fibromyalgia, and I kid you not the pain has all but disappeared. If and when I stop taking the RX it does return. Talk to your doctor about this option.
