Someone on ESPN just made a good point. The owners will NEVER, no matter how much they hate Sterling, give Silva the power to strip an owner of his team for some dirty laundry that his mistress recorded illegally.
Give him the biggest fine in NBA history and ban him from any and all basketball related activities for two years. :Steinbrenner'd:

Exactly.
The only thing that can happen to him are market forces or public shame (also a market force in a sense) driving him out. Which is fine; that's exactly how free societies work.
