I agree. Al isn't race baiting here, he's just being honest. And we also need to highlight the concept of being "allowed" in this scenario. The other 29 NBA owners have a responsibility to make him give it up. This isn't some hyper-libertarian world we live in where the market is only exercised at the cash register. Public relations are a part of the free market as well, and this is a PR nightmare. There is an extensive list of bylaws that the fellow owners can use, the Commissioner can do tons of shite, and his fellow owners can speak out against him and condemn him.
