I had a buddy use shampoo as lube when he tried to frick his GF in the arse once. He regretted it.

Shampoo works as long as you avoid the hole. I've used it plenty of times with no problem. If you're putting it in the arse, it'll get in there, but as far as rubbing one out, you can avoid it if you're smart.
