Yes. I have two small ones, on each shoulder, both could be covered by a silver dollar. Both are sort of meaningful, but discreet. Nobody knows I have them until I have my shirt off.
It depends on the job and the location of the tattoos. I'd hire you to cut my lawn with tattoos all over your body. I wouldn't hire a secretary with visible tattoos.
