All any of this means is that there is a better chance that these 10 kids will turn into impact players. That's not to say a team that only gets 3 of the Top 100 players won't end up with 10 impact players from that class 3 years down the road, just that the team with 10 top 100 players has a better chance of that occurring.

Recruiting is an exact science. It's not guesswork. It's like shooting craps. The house will not win every roll but over the long run the house will always profit around 1.5% off the game.
