fwiw it depends on when you smoke. Smoking at 9:00 at night 4 days a week shouldn't effect your work and motivation.

yeah, as long as you get your shite done that needs doing, you're good to go.
Back when I was a casual user, if we smoked in the morning, our day was completely shot. We didn't do shite
