Same. I make exceptions for sports bars and Art's place occasionally when I feel like drinking under the specter of possibly getting stabbed.

Well that area might soon turn into its own "real" part of town. Specialized Real Estate is about to break ground on some cool apartments near the Malco. Walkable, urban-type stuff. Core's new taproom will be a few blocks away via trail from this.
