I was raised catholic but I never participated in lent unless it involved getting boiled crawfish every friday
Its kinda silly to limit my menu options and force myself to eat fish for lunch and dinner. Plus my bacon this morning would have been cheating

I generally eat Mac n Cheese or Tuna fish. I do not eat baked fish or fried fish, unless it is catfish. Here in Arkansas they dont make it right usually, not spicy enough batter. Plus Mama doesnt like Catfish.
