Before anyone says something about he's already got a better job, yada yada yada... My dream was and still is Shaka Smart.

If we can give Ray $1 Mil plus, surely we could throw $1.2 plus at Shaka. Give him incentives to make a ridiculous amount if he attains lofty goals.
