That's a sweet setup in that Mazda.. 
There's nothing "poor" about changing your own oil. It actually separates the men from the metros to an extent.. The only thing I don't do myself is mount and balance tires, due to lack of equipment. Everything else gets done there.
Agforlife- your shop is hot. It's a nice distance from the house..

In the process of adding a lean to roof on the house side and another 10 or 12 foot of building next to that single roll up door in the overhead pick for air compressors and my dust collection system.
