I got 16' at the eves and 20' in the center so I can build a loft over the lift 
Already got a small apartment loft built in one corner of it
You can buy a new BendPak for around $2500 for a 7000lb capacity. Which is plenty big unless you are lifting a welding truck like I need to.

The used two post I was eyeballing ended up getting sold for $800. All it needed was the down solenoid. Owner had it rigged for years but Never splurged on the 40 dollar part..
