Officially he was behind Logan Thomas, but ahead of Johnny Manziel. Somwhere between 4.61 and 4.68

WHat happened? They had him down as 4.31, then I go to Church and Longhorn's and I come back and his time changed?!?!? Did he get penalized?

IDK the difference between unofficial and official 40 times, what accounts for the discrepancy, or why they can't just have the official 40 time posted right away, but the 4.31 was unofficial and the slower one was official
