Sounds too puppy-o-centric.·OTOH, cats and their IDGAF, pet me, praise me, oh frick you a-hole, don't you dare ignore me, mercurial ways are far more useful in understanding the realities at hand. A puppy is just happy to see you. Cats make you work every waking minute.
