So you think if we expand to a 100k seat stadium, all those tickets are going to sell? You can't use the "If you build it, they will come" argument here.

"We don't fill a 40,000-seat stadium now, so what sense does it make to expand it to 60,000?"

Remember hearing that a few years ago?

Well, last year, that 60,000-seat stadium nearly sold out just through season-ticket sales.

You build a bigger stadium and you are making a statement about your expectations and what you consider your status to be. Which effects recruiting. It is all about perception and attitudes.
