He ignored warnings from cops (in a parking lot), yelled threatening profanity at the cops so they arrested him at which time he resisted and they were forced to pepper spray him.

@AaronSuttles: Long story short: Tony Brown was at a party, his friend got arrested, he didn't like it, mouthed off, got pepper sprayed and arrested.
