Why is that?
Tennessee is 3-3 against RPI top 65 teams
Arkansas is 2-2 against RPI top 65 teams
Tennessee's worst loss is RPI 136 UTEP
Arkansas' worst loss is RPI 55 Cal
Arkansas has a better record than Tennessee with no bad losses.
