you'd think the teams that will make the biggest jumps would be OU and UCF.
Maybe something like:
1/2) FSU/Auburn
3) Michigan State
4) Oklahoma
5) ?
Missouri, USC, Clemson, Baylor, UCF, Alabama, Oregon, and tOSU have pretty similar credentials.

UCF will jump us. We'll probably stay around #14.
