On average, how often do you think the SEC will get multiple teams in the Playoffs?

At least once every 3 years.

What about a scenario in which a 2 loss SEC team won the SEC but a 1 loss SEC team exist?

They will both go to the Playoffs

Does a 9 game conference hurt or help the SEC at all from having 2 teams in the playoffs?

9 games would help some teams with SOS. Other teams like USC who already play at least 9 BCS teams a year would be helped even more.

Using this year as an example, would Stanford and Baylor be left out?

Yes.

Do you think teams might consider resting players before the conference championship if they feel the last game of the season has no effect on whether they are in the playoffs or not?

It would be different for many teams, very situational.

Do you think I am nuts for thinking this before the first 4 teams are selected?

This will be discussed often until we move to an 8 Team Playoff which makes the most sense.
