They've changed it a bit. Now, if you're caught doing 75 mph on a two lane road, or 85 mph and above anywhere, it's considered "super speeder" status. You have to pay whatever the fine is for the ticket, and then the state of Georgia mails you an additional $200 frick-you fine in the mail.

All depends on how tge officer writes the ticket. If he writes a super speeder it will be reckless driving, but he can write a ticket for 30/mph over and just write it up as speeding. It is the officer's choice.
Btw- Clowney is a POS.
