I don't think all UGA recruits suck. Park is extremely overrated, but it's not for just his Shrine Bowl performance. He also threw 4 INT's in the State Championship. Actually, he had about 32 passing TD's and just under 20 INT's this season. Do those sound like the numbers for an Elite 11 QB, and if so, what planet is that on?
