Kirby has plenty of years left in his coaching career. I think he is making a very wise decision by sticking around with Saban to learn as much as he can about running a successful program. Great post. I think Kirby is taking his time. He seems to be content with his current position. And why not? He's getting paid over a million and learning under one of the greatest coaches in CFB history.

Too many coaches rush out to a HC job and set themselves back a lot.
