A SOS outside the top 50 should eliminate teams from playing in a championship game. I believe FSU is a great team but they essentially had 7 or 8 scrimmage games. Their OOC slate was absolutely pathetic outside of UF. Give credit there nobody would have guessed they'd be so bad, but a team like FSU should set the bar for OOC play.

1) Colorado State
2) Georgia State
3) Kentucky
4) Arkansas
5) Tennessee
6) Mississippi St
7) Chattanooga
