So you're saying Bo and Herschel did NOT play in the same era, did NOT play in the same conference, and did NOT play the same teams?

You may be right though. UGA's schedules sure were a lot easier than Auburn's back then, with Auburn having UGA, Bama, Tennessee, Mississippi State, and Florida as annual opponents as compared to UGA playing Auburn, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Ole Miss, and Florida as their annual opponents.

So you make a great point that Bo played a MUCH harder schedule every year than Herschel did and STILL had better averages. I'm glad you brought that up.
