Is anyone else more concerned about Mizzou losing two more games and UGA winning out and UGA having the tiebreaker against USC over Mizzou winning out? Or is that just me?

I just don't see UGA winning out. They could lose to Florida tomorrow and will most likely lose @ Auburn later.

I see Mizzou losing to both A&M and @Ole Miss.

Of course, we have to take care of business but we should take care of State and I don't see, with all the injuries they have, and it being at home, Florida giving us too much trouble.

We only need Mizzou to lose 1 more game, we hold the tiebreaker. And I think UGA will lose to Auburn so that'll put them at 3 losses. And of course we have to take care of MSU & UF.

Right, but if UGA fails to lose another game there would be a 3-way tie. If that's the case then Mizzou would still go because I doubt they lose to UT or UK so they would have the best division record, no?

nope. Mizzou losses at least 2 more (UT, @Ole Miss, aTm)and UGA losses at least one more (UF, Auburn)

UT has a good secondary and McCullers and Johnson to clog up the middle. Unless Mizzou can hit some early screens like Bama or get to the outside on running plays their offense could struggle.

Also with how bad Mizzou's secondary is they should just have Dobbs throw it up in the general area of Marquez North on every play. That dude would come down with it 6 out of 10 times. But I expect UT to run a bunch of screens to Lane and Neal if they watched our game last week

This. Honestly our best shot is to root for Florida tomorrow and then hope Georgia loses to Auburn. And we need A&M AND Ole Miss to beat Mizzou. These are all likely but I have an awful feeling that Georgia will win the cripple fight tomorrow and will heal up in time to beat Auburn.

We only need Mizzou to lose one more as long as we win out

3 way tie Mizzou still goes. If USC and UGA finsih at 6-2 then UGA goes. So we need Mizzou and UGA to lose one more. Doesn't matter if mizzou losses 2 more if UGA doesn't lose another

If it's a 3 way tie it comes down to BCS rankings which we should be ahead of Mizzou

Negative.

THREE (OR MORE) TEAM TIE

1. (Once the tie has been reduced to two teams, go to the two-team tie-breaker format.)
2. Combined head-to-head record among the tied teams.
3. Record of the tied teams within the division.
4. Head-to-head competition vs. the team within the division with the best overall (divisional and non-divisional) Conference record and proceeding through the division. Multiple ties within the division will be broken from first to last.
5. Overall record vs. non-division teams.
6. Combined record vs. all common non-divisional teams.
7. Record vs. common non-divisional team with the best overall Conference (divisional and non-divisional) record and proceeding through other common non-divisional teams based on their order of finish within their division.
8. The tied team with the highest ranking in the Bowl Championship Series Standings following the last weekend of regular-season games shall be the divisional representative in the SEC Championship Game, unless the second of the tied teams is ranked within five-or-fewer places of the highest ranked tied team. In this case, the head-to-head results of the top two ranked tied teams shall determine the representative in the SEC Championship Game.

I think we beat MSU and UF.

I think Mizz loses at least 1 more, most likely aTm, but possibly Ole Miss.

I think uga does not win out, they will lose to either UF or Aub.

I like our chances of getting the the SECCG, but we have to take care of our games. We should be a step closer after today.

I'm going to go ahead and say Georgia represents the East in Atlanta.

Not sure if he is "out" as in injured, or if he was just exhausted. Either way UGA plays App State next week so they won't need him.

USC needs to beat UF, thus winning out in the SEC. Missouri needs to lose at least one more because we have the H2H over them, and UGA needs to lose at least one more because they hold the H2H over us. Best case scenarios are Mizzou losing either @ Ole Miss or Texas A&M, and UGA losing @ Auburn.

If this all happens, UGA has 3 SEC losses which is 1 more than USC so that kills their H2H advantage over us, and it also eliminates UGA from any 3-way tie scenario. Then that makes it simply a 2-way tie between USC and Missouri, and USC holds the H2H tiebreaker over Mizzou in that case....
