The man is literally competing against himself. That is all he wants to do, and the thing is, he can't win. Because he wants to be better than he was before.
Here is how that works though.
He has four titles? Well he wants five to be satisfied.
Wait, now he has five so he needs six to be satisfied.
He's trying to do the impossible. Get more titles than himself. He strives for perfection, and I think he's going to be around longer than people think.

He is a machine. A little crazy? Perhaps.... But the man is a worker. He never fricking stops. I admit, I have even elevated myself a bit since Saban became Alabama's coach. It's contagious.
