The country is worse off, because long standing failed policies of Democrats are catching up. Generations of families live a welfare lifestyle, a large portion of the populace expect the Gov't to provide for them and the policies of the left has allowed a massive amount of Americans to go and remain uneducated.

When such a large portion of America is poor, uneducated and catered to and promised things by the left, you have the debt where it is, crime where it is, unemployment where it is. Think about what just happened, again. We borrowed more money, to pay for things we can't afford, and in the process, increased spending another 3 billion dollars. Would you max out all your cards, go get a high interest loan to pay on them, get a new credit card and buy more stuff, without cutting nonessential items out of your life?

A lot are blasting the Tea party for being unreasonable and unyielding, and fail to see the unreasonable and unyielding positions taken by the D's and Obama. It's not Congress' job to be a rubberstamp for the Executive Office and it's yet another reason the country is worse off.

Damn I really like you Hunter.
