Only time I have been was around that time. About six of us parked our camper on the infield when we got there. As soon as we get out of the truck, there was a group of people cheering in a group over on the next row. We walk over and there are two girls going down on each other. My friend put his hand on my shoulder and said, "welcome to Dega, brother."

It's been a while for me. Last time I was there Earnhardt Sr won. The world has never seen so many happy rednecks at once.

We've had a four door truck with 4 topless women in the backseat gathering beads, passing them thru the back glass for us to throw back giving girls who had their boyfriend give away beads a chance to redeem them.. Female jealousy works..

One of my friends also stole a wheelchair from somewhere, so this also helped generate open air nipples..

Talladega is the only place I've seen a second hand redneck epiphany.. Picture this:

You're a fat, shirtless Alabama fan standing in your seat as the cars loudly turn warm up laps. "Sweet Home Alabama" is blaring on the PA system and you hold your Natural Light in the air as a pendance to rhe redneck God and Saban as 150,000 people yell "Roll tide Roll" within the chorous of the song..

I didn't know Roll tide Roll fits in the song, but it does.. Makes me hate Alabama fans that much worse.
