I don't doubt it. We added 26,000 seats and never widened a single street in the process. Its partially topography. The stadium is in a steep ravine and there's no street grid as a result. 90% of it heads south down one street.

Absolutely the worst. Without question. Took forever to clear out as if no one anywhere was moving.
