In the vast majority of cases kids are going to be fans of the same teams their parents are. Obviously there are exceptions (my family is all state and auburn for example).
Some of the wealthiest most successful people I know are state fans and I only knew so bc of a sign planted in their yard or a rag on their car or their Facebook.

My brother is a big State fan so my family played the "family divided" thing out. My parents DGAF
