Last year season's end the SEC held 6 of the top 10 spots, or 60%, of the final BCS standings.
That's recent history.
Oregon does not have a recent BCS championship at the hands of Auburn, a not Alabama team.
That's recent history.
I think LSU, another not Alabama team, beat Oregon in a season opener within the last couple of years.
That's recent history.
In the 15 years of the BCS 60% of the championships have been won by the SEC representative.
That's recent history.
In the last 10 years of the BCS 80% or the championships have been won by the SEC representative. And 7 of the last 7 BCS championships, or 100%, have been won by the SEC representative.
Those are also recent history.
And most recently,just this evening, Oregon lost to Stanford, a distinctly SEC like team.
