JFF ain't lucky on those passes that look like a desparate hail mary, it's planned.
He throws a big high arc to an approximate area. Mike Evans speeds up or slows down so that the pass comes down as a jump ball.
Since MEvans has about a foot extended height advantage over most DB's, Evans comes down with it. JFF watches for 1:1 with Evans.
Defense linemen have to play soft rush respecting the scrambling quickness of JFF. This gives Evans time to get down field.
