Yea and that was to the side Clowney wasn't on.
Clowney's comments while not particularly smart, weren't malicious or "throwing his team under the bus". Fact is nobody on the defense went into Athens ready to play and UGA gameplanned around Clonwey to prevent him from making a major impact.
He still had a sack and he still forced UGA to run to the opposite side of the field but our entire defense was pathetic.
Cocksessed, itsnotarivalry.jpeg, thanks for losing to Auburn-lite, link? and you're out of your element.

UGA when running through the middle is almost always right of center no matter who we are playing. The best pass blockers are on the weak/blind side and the best run blockers are on the right.
Yall moved Clowney around to both sides. UGA didn't run away from him.
It's make-believe.
Clowney played like shite and the Carolina fans just can't accept the fact Clowney is counting his money and already gave up, but even worse, defending Clowney after he threw the team under the bus for the benefit of his own image.

I would have to disagree with this...not that it really matters. Clowney took himself out of many plays we ran right at him....why? One poster on the Georgia board noticed something, and it made sense to me. He said that the Left tackle often widened the gap between him and the guard several times inviting Clowney to charge inside on plays we had designed to go outside. Clowney took the bait and came charging inside and we simply went around him. But when you move a player from left to right to center, it is near impossible to run a play away from him. Most check down plays go from a run to a pass or vice versa to take advantage of how many players are in the box. They are NOT to go from left to right.
Anyway, it was a good game and regardless of WHY he did not have a big game, I'm glad we are done with him and y'all for this year. I look forward to next years game. It should be a barn burner. The OBC will want his pound of revenge, I'm sure!
