You really this dense or are you just pretending ?

It would be too hard to pretend to be as dumb as i am.

No one is milking anything from anyone jackleg, these colleges were playing football to large crowds way before your “ GHETTO KIDS ” were playing football.

I am just stating their perspective. College football was not nearly the big business it has become until the 80s. And, oddly enough, that's when all the large-scale pay-for-play scandals emerged. Sure there were some before then, but not nearly on that scale.

If not for college football there would be no NFL , the NFL was not as successful as college football until the mid 50s.

I am not sure what point you are making here, but if you are trying to say that the NFL owes its soul to college football, maybe the NFL should contribute?

Why get all upset? We're just having an intellectual discussion here. Neither of us have any power. Why are you acting like I am unilaterally making this decision without everyone's consent?

Not upset , it's just that dumb writers and those that agree with them never thinks things through intellectually speaking. I the 1678 rated chess player, always thinks before I spout.

READ THIS & LEARN.

So you are allowed through various ways to pay college football players starting in 2014.
In a few years 90 of the 120 teams within the NCAA division 1 withdraw and form their own division because they can no longer compete with the elite teams who have , like the New York Yankees , spent great sums to get the best players and these 90 teams liken themselves to the Pittsburg Pirates , who have no shot at being a bigtime program , and because of title 9 are now losing money trying to compete with the big boys.

15 years out , a union has reached out to the players at the 32 major colleges and wishes to represent them , if the players go union the colleges will probably have to start bidding on players.

THIS IS NOT COLLEGE FOOTBAL.

THIS IS STUPID.
