I found that turning down the CO2 pressure to around 6 psi greatly reduced foaming issues. That and waiting a good 12 hours after transporting your kegs before tapping. Hard to do, but worth it.

Well the bar owner said he is gonna come tweak it for us. But yeah, I'll definitely suggest buying the kegs ahead of time.

That is impossible.
