This is encouraging, no?

He added, “Even if we weren’t great football players I think we would be good friends. He knows going in that they’re going to be great on offense. He also knows he needs a really good defense to win big. When this class gets together it’s going to be special. We’re going to have the guys we have now and more than likely we’re going to have Malik (Jefferson), we’re going to have Kris (Boyd) and other guys too. Not to downgrade the guys there already but those are instant upgrades at a lot of positions.”

It is.

However, we had a linebacker do that with the 2010 class named Corey Nelson. He signed all of his tweets with "Mr. Texas A&M" and proceeded to flip on signing day to Oklahoma after lying to the coaching staff when they called him out on it (Venables advised him to do this).
