That article made me think lesser of the Aggies than Manziel to be honest unless his dad is talking out of his butt that is. Pending this is true, does this create turmoil between him and the staff during the season?

The things his Dad is most mad at A&M about is making money and getting pub off his son while he gets nothing and that A&M's Compliance office is extremely thorough and cooperative with the NCAA more than he would like.

Oh, and that some AD official apparently didn't respond to one of his texts about something fast enough for his liking.

A&M can't pay Johnny or his Dad anything, that's the rules. They also need to be extremely careful to make sure Johnny is staying compliant both for A&M's sake and for Johnny's. There are vultures everywhere that would LOVE to nail Johnny getting improper benefits and end his college career. Yet his Dad has a problem with this?

Daddy Manziel needs to realize that in spite of everything his son is still a scholarship athlete at A&M and subject to the same rules as everyone else. He also needs to realize that A&M has to put the school and program ahead of the interests of any individual player because if they don't they jeopardize the other 84 guys on scholarship as well as many other things.

If anything it sounds like the only one giving Johnny good advice is his counselor that A&M provided. Get off Twitter and lower your profile. His Dad is buying him alcohol, letting him jet off to wherever he wants, and then going to ESPN to talk about it.
