I heard he was working out w/ the Chiefs this summer?!!

It's correct about who he is working out with. His dad is THE Al Harris, former NFL Pro Bowler-Super Bowl winning CB, and current DB Coach in KC.
This is a skinny player with a high ceiling, who plays at one of the most historically elite HS in the southeast. St Thomas is a D1 factory.
Harris Jr has RESOURCES. He's going to get awesome training the next year and a half before he even comes to USC. Also, he has a person who can give him position, skill, and in general football advice at anytime and with an professional level understanding.
