I feel ya. But I feel the same about the hurry up crap
It's moronic to state that there should be rules against the hurry up and it's just as moronic to say that someone other than the player at that moment can decide if he's really injured
It's like politics. Oh I don't like this so let make a new law

It doesn't say no lying...That is implied.
The rule for injured players is based on a player who is injured. The ref has to take your word. Its an easy cheat. But its a cheat.
Like scuffing a baseball, if it was impossible to tell if a ball was scuffed. It would be illegal - just never enforced.
