How's this draft working? I've only ever done NFL fantasy drafts where you have a couple minute to pick. I'm assuming that's not the case here..?

No, it's an extended online draft.
Basically it's a several day draft. The person will have as much time as they need to pick, if they can't pick I will do it for them, whether they tell who to pick or not.
We did this last year, everyone agreed it was the best option, no way we could get everyone on at the same time, it was the fair way to do it.

Yeah with a bunch of randoms on the internet that seems like the way to go. Sounds good
