Not sure why we wouldn't try and go after a high-profile transfer if those 2 aren't an option.
BTW we might still be trying, but Hurt may just not expect the SEC to budge on the bylaw.

Sucks that we're kinda in limbo news-wise until we know if Turman/Cofer can get waivers approved.
