None of Saban's corners had much success until year 2 or 3 - like Corey Webster and Kareem Jackson, perfect examples. Kareem Jackson spent his first year getting burned, got benched, and then finally got with the program at the end of his second year. Now he's solid. Not first round money solid. But solid.
