I think that Jefferson Dawg's access should be granted unconditionally. He is one of the funniest posters I've seen on any board. He got a thread about Sandstorm's Hypnosis on Deadspin.com.
I think that Peter Buck a.k.a Cracker (from ole dawgrant.com) has a separate conditional acceptance, which depends upon SCRooster being allowed on the UGA Board.
Some things to consider are:
SCRooster already asked for UGA Board access and was denied. How will his new request be processed and end up accepted?
Cracker's nomination is about on par with deeprig's. There's a post history of avidly trolling USC, but to be fair, deeprig is able to post on the USC board now.

I'm for letting those two in ... but it's up to my Buds in here.
I'm not sure I even want in that horrible terrible dawg board place anymore after how mean and spiteful and hurtful you Dawg fans have been to me.
