Not all of them do it, but usually if its somebody who doesn't understand or participate in the traditions (or who does it wrong) they aren't former students. That's ok. I just wish they'd learn the traditions and songs so they can participate correctly.

I yearned for a return to my student tickets the first year I had season tickets post-college. The very first time we scored a TD, my wife and I jumped up and started signing the fight song as we always do. We quickly realized that no one in our section was singing it. People sitting down actually seemed annoyed by us. It pissed me off so much that no one knew the song.
