"Highest rated" is always the biggest crutch argument in sports. It assigns arbitrary weights to what exactly? Do you know the formula? Stupid. He wasn't anywhere close to the best QB in his division, much less his conference, or the country.

It's used by scouts and it's used by sports agents at contract time. Somebody thinks it's valid.
Let's put it this way. An UA opponent will have to account for the run game, passing game, and for scrambling. He seems to be doing a fine job...agree to disagree man.
