First we need to recognize it's bigger than this. The current illegitimacy rate amongst blacks is near 75%. Back in the 70' and 80's generally grandmother was a positive influence and helped greatly in raising black youths whose fathers weren't really in the picture. This is no longer true, the current grandmothers being the mothers 30 years ago who knew only the welfare state. There is no cure for this save fathers being in the house physically and raising the boy properly. There isn't a substitute in my opinion. Currently the illegitimacy rate for hispanics is slightly over 50% and for whites approaching 30%. What's worse than 'wilding' blacks in America? Wilding whites who constitute the population majority. I'm afraid that time might be coming.
