There are limits to the amount of leverage BK has. In Texas, you can fire anyone for almost anything. Everybody has their price and right now her attorney is doing what he can to get as much value out of the deal. She will simply be smothered in money, sign a deal, & it will be over. This isn't a PSU like case.
